Returns or Replacements
When and how can I return an item or get it replaced?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (starting the date you receive your product(s)) to return it to us for a full refund (except non-refundable products, see below).
We will refund your full invoice value, excluding delivery costs and the costs of returning the product(s) back to us.

If there is a problem with your order or a procut was damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
As delivery is always insured, if the damage took place during delivery, we get the refund directly from DHL. Please do not throw away any packaging material as all of it is needed to get through the checkup for a refund.
We are unable to refund products which have been personalised.
Every Base Paint besides "White" counts as such a personalization.
The adding of a personal message, regardless of its size,content or color, also counts as a personalization.

How to return an item
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.
For a return you can contact us via our contact form or via E-Mail (email@example.com).
We will need your order number and full name to do the refund.
